The conditions of use of the wifi service offered in service
Before connecting, please read the rules for proper use of the WIFI service offered free of charge in the Villas Les 4 vents located 537a and 537b, Chemin des 4 Vents in 3500 Saint-Ambroix (Gard).
The rental villas are owned and managed by SARL Luccombe Properties, whose manager is Christine Beyaert.
The head office of SARL Luccombe Properties is located at Mas Saint-Michel Pont d’Auzon, F-30500 Allègre-les-Fumades (Gard).
1. Use of the Villas Les 4 Vents WI-FI service is subject to compliance by the user with the following principles, it being specified that any use of the service constitutes irrefragable acceptance by the user, without a signature being necessary , of the said principles, notwithstanding compliance with the laws and regulations in force.

3. The user undertakes not to use the service for illicit, prohibited and illegal purposes.
4. As such, the user must respect, without this list being exhaustive, the regulations relating to:

• copyright and intellectual and industrial property, whether in particular multimedia creations, software, texts, press articles, photos, sounds, images of all kinds , trademarks, patents, designs and models, it being specified that any mention relating to the existence of rights on these elements and/or data and/or files cannot be deleted and that any reproduction of 'a work or one of these elements and/or files and/or data without consent of the rights holder constitutes an infringement • - automated processing of personal data
• compliance with the rules of public order regarding the content of information that could be put online on the Internet network affecting the integrity or sensitivity of network users by access to messages, images or provocative texts
• the secrecy of correspondence and the prohibition of interception of communications sent by telecommunications.
5. The user, when using the service, also undertakes to:
• not harvest or collect information concerning third parties without their consent
• not defame, disseminate, harass, stalk, threaten anyone, or violate the rights of others
• do not create a false identity
• do not attempt to obtain unauthorized access to a service and/or data and/or a file
• not distribute or allow downloading of any elements containing software or other elements protected by intellectual property rights, unless he owns said rights or has received all necessary authorizations
• do not send unwanted messages and do not engage in spamming
• not send messages and/or electronic messages containing insulting, defamatory, obscene, indecent, illicit or infringing any rights, in particular the rights of the human person and the protection of minors
• not transmit viruses, Trojan horses, logic bombs or any other harmful or destructive programs for third parties and/or other users
• not attempt to gain unauthorized access to or maintain access to an automated data processing system
• not disrupt the services and/or content and/or data and/or content to which it accesses
• do not send chain letters or offer so-called snowball or pyramid sales
• not send advertising, promotional messages or any other form of unwanted solicitation to other users.
6. The user acknowledges having received all the necessary information concerning the specifications and terms of use of the service, which makes it possible to select or restrict access to certain sites, servers or data and having been offered one of these means .
7. It is up to the user to verify that he has the hardware equipment, software, browsers allowing him to use the service, SARL Luccombe Properties or its representatives being in no way responsible for said equipment chosen under the responsibility of the user. The user is also responsible for the safety and protection of his equipment.
8. SARL Luccombe Properties or its representatives, at the request of third parties and/or any competent authority, reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any use of the service without its liability being able to be sought and without the The user cannot claim any compensation or reparation.
9.
